RIT provides short-term refresher programs and On-the Job Training programs (1–4 weeks) for student’s currently enrolled (usually final year) in Government ITIs, Vocational Colleges, and Polytechnics. These programs are designed to sharpen specific technical skills. In exchange, participants are expected to apply their training back at their home institutes, share their newfound expertise with peers and maximize the use of their own infrastructure like machinery, tools and equipment.

PAVE – Dual Apprenticeship Model

PAVE seamlessly bridges the skill gap between the Industry expectations and the ITI Technicians during the Apprenticeship period.

In the PAVE integrated model, an Apprentice attends Vocational Education and Training Classes two days a week, and for the remaining four days, they undergo practical Training in PSU (Public Sector Undertakings) manufacturing facilities.

The Apprentice becomes a skilled worker with industrial work experience and occupational skills resulting in enhanced employability.

Taking similar approach as Swiss & German Dual VET system, RIT Proposes Two coordinated Training Venues (“Dual”) for Apprenticeship

Faculty Skill Enhancement

RIT provides comprehensive, hands-on practical Training designed specifically for Lecturers from Government ITIs, Vocational Colleges, and Polytechnics through One-week Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and intensive Three-week Industrial Training Programs. Participants gain direct experience with industrial equipment and precision tools, complemented by Expert interactions and Exposure visits.

By empowering educators, these programs leverage a multiplier effect to impact the greatest possible number of students. Furthermore, RIT offers extended support to help educators integrate these advanced learning resources directly into their own classrooms and labs.

Trainer Certification Program

Empower your expertise with our TVET Trainer Certification. This program transforms domain specialists into educators through hands-on Training in instructional design, didactics, delivery methods, and student evaluation.
